My family and I had went to so many mobile home dealers and they all said no, if it wasn't one thing it was another. Then I saw an ad were Phat Joe Skinny Prices at Palm Harbor here in Midland posted a mobile home that I fell in love with. Him and Jesus were so helpful and went beyond for us to be approved. We are so thankful to God first of all and Joe and Jesus for everything.

I'm updating this review to help warn other people. Clayton Moriel was the salesperson on my purchase, and yes, he was great to work with! He was helpful and a wealth of information. I want to give Stephanie a huge thank you for being patient with us and helping us buy our first time home. She was kind and answered us everytime we texted her she let us know it would be a process and it really was a process so keep in mind whatever time they tell you your home will be done it will be also keep in mind that it’ll take about two months after it’s done to get everything as in sep

Stephanie did such an amazing job in the entire process of helping my husband and I get a house. She made everything easy and kept in contact every step of the way and any issues that arose or problems that we had she was right on top of it and getting it fixed or telling us what our next steps we’re going to be. I would highly highly recommend Stephanie.
