Would absolutely 100% recommend palm harbor to anyone who will listen. I have been to 8 other mobile home dealers and they have by far blown the others out of the water, there is no comparison. Richard is so kind and patient and very honest and open with his customers. You are missing out if you don’t give these guys a chance!

Let me tell you about Laurie Settlemire, this woman is dedicated to making sure you get your dream home at an affordable price. She went above and beyond for us. We could call her anytime and she was always so patient and knowledgeable. We got really close over the time it’s taken to get our home. We aren’t a typical case and extra steps had to be taken and Laurie and her team helped us through it

Last month my fiancé and I went and sign papers to our new home! Thanks to Richard and the team their at Palm Harbor we are able to start this new beginning together in a new home. The communication, effort, patience, respect and the help he offered us was beyond amazing. Hand down will be coming back to him when we decide to upgrade.
