Professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything with smoothly. Elijah my salesman also did an excellent job. BUYER BEWARE
It’s all great until they get your money and then NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. This place has driven me absolutely crazy with trying to get things taken care of. ‼️DO NOT BUY PALM HARBOR‼️
This has been a nightmare. We bought a brand new single wide 2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems!! Our AC unit went out after 2 weeks of moving in. Called and got it fixed. A year later it went out again. They come out and fix it. 8 months go by and it goes out again. Now it’s not under warranty. With in 2 months they are back out 3 more times and we are $8,000

We bought our modular home in 2020. Yes, it was during COVID shut down, but the delays were many.
After being in the house for almost 5 years we would not recommend this company at all.
