I want to say first say that the experience with getting the mobile home was okay, had a few bumps but we ended up buying our home cash. Well while we thought we had a great deal we picked a mobile home that fit our family and it was a plus that it was on sale. Our experience with Palm Harbor Corpus Christi has been fantastic. We explained we were only looking for future buy, seeing what we wanted. We were able to come and look, take measurements and look some more without any pressure. After 7 months we were ready to order and today we closed.

My mother recently bought a new home from them . We were so excited to move in what we were living in wasn’t livable anymore especially with a baby on the way . Fist they hadn’t finished doing the renovations inside n it was already time to make our fist payment n we weren’t even living in there yet. We finally got to move in. They promised so much and didn’t stick to it took them three months to come and finish when my siblings already had light and water and had already made their first payment some of there stuff is still missed up and they haven’t came to fix it.
