Amazing service! We didn't have a single issue during the purchase process or after moving in. All our questions and concerns were handled promptly and respectfully. Stopped in today for enquiring about a home we are interested in. The sales manager (Brittany) was very rude and she explained everything a single sentence and said Thank you in a harsh way as if she was expecting us to leave. Dropped by to check out advertised deals and currently in the market to close within 30 days. Wife and I talked to Brittany Johnson to compare monthly payments for two plans that we liked. Brittany was impatient and had a rude undertone. Argued with me that 'traditional'home escrow does not include home insurance. May need to get some basic home mortgage training from Google.
