I have had so much trouble getting through the warranty process, its like a constant battle! There so many fine prints about the warranty that they will cover nothing after they build the house except just paint touch ups and few cosmetic things here and there. They might agree on some things initially but the process will refuse it. God help me get through this.

That is part of the last message I’d received from them after deciding that it would be better for me to lose 15 months and $15K than to spend $400K+ on a home that I simply did not trust. So why was I so willing to lose all of that time and money?
