I'm a resident at O.W. COLLINS. The residency here is good for those who need a safe, clean, and fully functional place to live. There's wheelchair ♿️ accessibility here, a exercise room, computer room, laundry facilities, elevators and stairs, day room with T.V., and other positive activities here for the residents. OW Collins is a loving and welcoming community, it is a safe and an environment of unity and concernment for thier neighbors. The changes have been remarkable with our new management of Ms. Danielle she is truly a jewel to the OW Collins community. The changes that she's made to the complex makes me proud to call it home. It's affordable and comfortable thanks to Ms. Danielle and her staff

I had been homeless for years, sleeping here and there and one day a old friend took me to the Willie Carter Outreach and they guided me through a process of getting ID sufficient enough for Ms Danielle at OW Collins Apartment Complex to accept me as a tenant. I am so full of joy. 🙌

I was driving by OW Collins two weeks ago and decided to stopped by. I saw those "Welcome"signs out front. My job has been working with a unsheltered woman for past few months, no ID of any kind. We were able to obtain a few items for her through SS Office, Jefferson County Jail, and Health & Human Services and stopping by OW Collins has resulted in Ms Danielle the Manger assisting this lady obtai

O.W. COLLINS has been blessed with an awsome Maintenance Man, Jack Garica. He has improved our apartment complex in everway. Friendly, kind, and mostly a hard worker. Things are getting done in a professional manner, and the upkept of the property has never looked better. Jack is respected and loved by all residents here at O. W. Collins. No we are not giving him back! He belongs to us.

Unsafe place for Senior citizens, drug infested property. Management has no friendly customer relations skills, as well as management on property enters apartment without knocking when they want. As well as lie about essential repairs that need to be done. I was without a refrigerator for 11 days, and they brought one full of bugs and hair and rust. Now the AC has been working at 85 degrees since

The folks I visit here are afraid of some of the residents. There are many law abiding residents that live here, however, it's just that those "law breaking residents" evoke fear in the others. One friend has recently moved out because of the roach infestation and the neighbors.

Been here just a little over two months. I’m here because of cost which I appreciate living her. Bills paid. Internet 15 dollars. Give me $to buy groceries 😉
