Very friendly staff, walked in and paid for lumber and pulled around. The guy in the back loaded me up quick and I didn’t even have to get out of the truck. A plus

loader loaded 2 extra sheets of panels got stoped at exit and was told rudely take them off or pay for them, like they were stolen (they take the invoice and load the lumber) had to circle through agian for unloading and stop agian for a re-count at exit /never seen anything like it before never going there agian...

I made an order Saturday. It said it was free delivery. I had it to be delivered On Wednesday. But didn’t get my delivery. It rained . So I called Thursday morning, to see if they could deliver. They called me back , saying it would be a $ 300 delivery fee.. This is false advertisement.

I would give a 0 if i could. Front desk employees were very rude. As we asked for the material we wanted they looked at each other while one of them said “what” multiple times and the other seemed very confused. All that for the other employee to know what we were talking about. If they were as “lost” as they made themselves seem they shouldn’t be working at a MATERIAL store.

A great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have everything you'll need for any home improvement project, and is a contractors dream! Doors, windows, roofing, all in stock.

They were helpful which surprised
Normally the inside help
actually feel like that you put out
For I normally in town
I goto phillips hardware
And
If I need more than that
I will drive to jasper to the ocbm there
Those people are actually very helpful
