The MGR Trey (Lumberton) refused to have his guys help me load 40 cinder blocks onto my trailer because I wouldn't pay for a pallet saying it was "too hot" outside. He even radioed the guys saying, do not help him load, and they apologized they couldn't help me. Meanwhile they were all outside in the heat loading and unloading things. I did it myself! Unbelievable and I will never buy from the

Well, I can't see giving many stars for service. On numerous occasions, I have had to wait in the yard for a considerable length of time to get loaded. Have had inconsiderate customers pull around me in the yard without being called down by the yard employees. This also has occured on numerous occasions. Last week I had to load bags of concrete m

Loaders are rude not friendly. I guess they are mad because they have a job. they just run over the Managers at this location. No one wanted to come and help me nor did they even acknowledge that I was sitting there with a ticket. Then, after waiting, the guy parked the forklift in my way. And the manager had to move it.
