I already tried requesting more amount than I did when I tried doing this & I waited days for a call. I had to reach out. I called, I was told I was gonna get a call back. Adriana is the loan officer I dealt with at this location. Very rude very condescending, she does not like when you ask questions about their process. What a wonderful experience. I got more than I was expecting and the staff was phenomenal. I'd had a less than desirable (not bad, just disappointing) experience with a staff member that is no longer there and was leery about trying with them again. But I am so thrilled I did. I established my loan at a different branch and had been very pleased with their customer service. For whatever reason my loan was transferred to the DeSoto branch with no explanation and the experience has been very different. Something needs to be done about the rude customer service. Not every person I've talked to has been rude, but 9 times it off 10 they have been. Not good.

STAY AWAY!!! These places keep lower income people in debt. Monthly bill is $315 only $5 goes to principal the rest goes to interest.

Loan was helpful but the gaining interest daily is what I call bs that is the most ridiculous thing I ever have to deal with I pay almost 300 bi weekly and most of that goes to the gained interest in order to pay off the loan you have to make double payments I honestly believe that what they are doing is a crime and if not it most definitely should be

My agent was very patient and thorough. The process was very easy. Every aspect was done online which made me feel safe because of not having to go into the office. I would recommend 100%.
