I like this store sometimes. They do not take your items although they are brand new with tags on them.

RUN TO THIS STORE!!! They always have such great deals going on!! I just saved $160!!! I got a huge bag of clothes for under $15!!! They’re doing clearance 10 for $1 and there’s no cap! Get it while there’s still some left!! The employees were super friendly and helpful!! They’re always so nice every time I go!! I travel 30 minutes just to go to this location!

Great store, excellent staff! My husband and I came to sell about 4 or 5 items it was a long wait so we wanted to just donate. The staff worked to squeeze us in and out within 10 minutes. Also found some nice books while waiting. Very nice team of young ladies.

I took several very nice, name brand items to resale and they kept all but a few. I am guessing they gave me about 10%, maximum 15% of what they will sell the items for. In the future, I will either sell on Marketplace or donate instead of wasting my time.
I enjoy shopping here, but trying to sell just doesn’t seem worth it.

DONT BOTHER SELLING TO THEM. I used to love this store. I ended up buying a TON of newborn/0-3 month clothing for my new baby. I bought it, washed it, and put it in the dresser. My baby ended up being bigger so they didn’t get to wear most of the clothing. I brought it back to sell back to them and they didn’t take most of the clothing saying “it’s too worn or stained” HOW? I bought it, washed it

Customer service always hit or miss. This time no welcome or thank you after purchase. A lot of employees just talking amongst themselves. Not customer focused.

Using the excuse of clothes smelling like “smoke” to not do your job and go through clothes is very lazy! Coming from a smoke free home!! I sell to different locations all the time and never have gotten told anything about a smoking smell , the current employees are just lazy and it clearly shows.

The store did not have shopping carts with child seats at a baby clothing store. Makes no sense. I had to carry my 28 lb toddler around the store. I will never be back as there are several other of these stores nearby with carts and better quality items.
