Jose was my technician today and did an excellent job. He explained everything along the way. Ive had 2 previous technicians out from other companies since moving in and was very disappointed both times. Jose was great and I highly recommend him and On Time Experts.

I had what I thought would be an ordinary air duct service today 3-10-24. Of course, I have never had this done in all the years that I have lived in my home and didn’t know what to expect. Today I got “Expert” service from Jeff Pena. Wonderful service and Issac was great! Affordable, relatively quick, and excellent results. If you need your air ducts or dryer vent cleaned, they should be your first call.

Jose & Dre came to shampoo my carpet. Im telling you that these guys did a Awesome job!!
They got out spots that I never could get out. My carpet looks new again!!!

Hired for chimney cleaning and inspection.
They had promo of $69, but upon arriving said that they would clean only upto 9’ height, not full chimney and my house is just just one storey, not even 2 storey. Also, they did not mention it when I asked details of what is included and mode of payment before scheduling them.
