On the Spot HVAC helped me with installing a new heat pump ductless system. Their service tech was honest and gave me realistic estimates. Even when some pieces of an estimate did not work out as planned they made it right. Patrick who came out and provided our original quote was wonderful. The whole team moved quickly but wasn’t pushy and they were extremely helpful in explaining everything. The team who installed our new unit lead by Aaron were quick and efficient. They were also kind and mindful and ensured they cleaned up their work. Overall a great experience!

Aaron G and his crew were very professional and did a great job installing our new air handler. They made sure our floors were well protected before installing and clean after they were done. Aaron took the time to go over everything once it was installed. Cody at the office was also very helpful and willing to work with us on the cost and coverage. We highly recommend On The Spot.

Jeffrey was great. Efficient, communicative, and honest. He even was able to come earlier than anticipated after he communicated he was in the area. Sold me on a membership, but it’s reasonably priced and with that type of service I’m happy to keep doing business with them rather than waiting for a 6 hour timeframe some of these other places give.
