I called, and they came out same day. Aside from the price, the service was great and the repair was quick! Clinton, my technician, was thorough and knowledgeable. We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward.

I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. I immediately called On Point Plumbing DFW. They were able to schedule a repair visit for the next morning, but I was worried about should I turn off the water at the main, asked what do I do in the meantime.
