We recently discovered mold under our wood flooring and reached out for help. Matt, Dylan, Gordan, and the rest of the crew were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done to properly clean up the mold.
They were always very responsive to my calls and texts, which made a stressful situation

We started seeing small puddles of water on our shower floor and had a plumbing company to come and repair. They ran some tests and thought it was a shower pan issue and contacted Omni-Pros and made an appointment for us. The plumber told us that Omni-Pros may have to break our tile to check the shower pan so we were expecting the worst. Matt showed up on time and used some tools to investigate. H

Omni Pros management (Dylan, Matt and Gordon) are extremely friendly and responsive. I did appreciate the quick response upon initial call to service. The restoration process was a bit longer than planned but Gordon kept us updated as best he could with the contractors along the way.

I highly recommend Omni-Pro Restoration. They are a professional, efficient and easy to work with company. They responded quickly and were very careful to salvage as much as possible after a pipe leak in my attic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed in the future.
