We previously hired Merlux to build our pool. They scammed us and took our money without finishing the project. After a lot of searching and stressing to find another company, we found Omni. Outstanding company! After the freeze, we had massive equipment and pool damage. They came out and immediately fixed it (spent an entire Sunday here!) just to make sure we were taken care of as soon as possible. Professional and responsive. Truly puts the customer first. We won’t go anywhere else.

After the big freeze of 2021, Omni got it handled! One week, start to finish... Plasyer, tile, leak repair and all new equipment. Not only were they quick, the level of professionalism was stellar. I had Omni Outdoor Oasis install a pool heat pump, a new filter (mine was old and cracked/leaking), and a new chlorinator. Mark and his team did a fantastic job! They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We are currently enjoying our pool in October, something that was impossible as recently as last week! I like to DIY some things, but for anything else pool related I will be calling Omni!
