Two gentlemen came out to place Radon detectors in our home on 2/25. Nice guys, but little knowledge of radon systems; they were "just there to place the detectors".
We showed them results of testing that we'd already completed, and said we were ready to proceed with installation of a Radon Mitigation system.

Edgar and his crew (Mike, Jason, Jake & Ariston) did an amazing job of installing and correcting all the problems in our crawl space … 40 years of accumulated wet insulation, debris, and an assortment of overall yucky stuff), with cleaning, trenching, plastic encapsulation, a sump pump and multiple dehumidifiers and over the 8 or 9 days the job took the communication was great, along with pictures

This job was finally finished Sept. 26, 43 days after work began. They told us 5-6 days in our initial interview.
Before any more is said, the work crews who came to the house must be commended. They worked in a difficult space, in unpleasant conditions for weeks (yes... weeks) with no complaints, with professionalism, politeness and graciousness.

Huge thanks to the team at Olympic! After experiencing flooding in our crawlspace, Darrin was able to identify an undetected hot water leak. He then came up with a solution to properly dry our space as well as options for future drainage solutions. Kyle, Justin, and Chris did an excellent job grading our crawlspace and installing a sump system to mitigate standing water in our crawlspace. They were professional, communicative, and extremely clean! They were considerate of our children in the house. Would definitely use them for future work and recommend to everyone else.
