The Olsham team that came out to repair our foundation were outstanding!!! Devin, Anthony, Walter, Estovan Jovani and Jonathan were fast and efficient! Conner is fabulous! The measurements he took give me a perfect picture of what need to be done and the pricing is exactly what I was expecting. Having a guaranteed service contract is very important and a company that will be there for us years later is imminently why we choose Olshans.

Robert and his crew were awesome, they were very polite. Worked very efficiently and got the job done on a very wet day. The office staff was very helpful and worked with me on my green sky payment plan.. I would definitely recommend them.

They came out earlier than planned - on Christmas Eve and were done by 5:00. Each concrete break was filled in perfectly, the dirt holes were filled in, plants replanted, and everything cleaned up so nicely before the crew leader confirmed the improvements inside. They were beyond polite, courteous, and took great care of us!

Phoned Olshan for a foundation assessment, they set an appt. for the next day. Arrived on time, Connor pinpointed the issue as he exited his vehicle, within 1 minute pointed out the cause to me and a quick explanation to the solution. We called OLSHAN because the builder of our house so highly recommended the company. Connor, our OLSHAN inspector, spent the better part of an hour inspecting our house, inside and out, before concluding we needed no foundation work at this time. We appreciated his competence and honesty. We will certainly call OLSHAN if we ever need foundation work, and, meanwhile, we highly recommend the company

I used Olshan Foundation repair for a pier and beam home and had some concerns and questions after the repair was done. Megan, the office manager, went above and beyond to help me with my concerns and took care of everything to make the process easier for me.
