I have loved this store in the past. The absolute infestation of rats will keep me from ever going back. I feel so sorry for the staff who have to day in and day out be subject to the overwhelming stench of rat urine. Man, I cannot believe the amount of rats that were in this place. They were literally playing Tag in there. We must have seen about 20 to 30 rats. In the 30 minutes that we were in the store, you could not walk down any aisle. And not see them pretty much run across and hide underneath everything it was so bad. Yes, there are a lot of rats in this store. They sell food, I can imagine what they do when there aren't anyone in the store. We mentioned it tothe cashier and she stated " oh, if you dont mess with them, they dont mess with you". What workplace to do you get comfortable working around rats, let alone rats that big! I will be calling the health department.

Is it really a bargain outlet?! Love the book selection you can find just about anything and at a great price. I love puzzle books and you can never just have too many. It is probably the best bargain in the whole store. For the most part most of the stuff is still overpriced. If you look you will find deals on things. My granddaughter and I was at the Waco store today!! As you walk in the door it smells like dead rats. We were there to get some carpet for a kids room. There were rat traps under the carpet section. Also rat poop all over the floor!! Then we looked up and there was a dead rat inside the plastic covering already decaying!!!! We left the store and will never go back. Can you imagine buying toys

Their books section is quite amazing! I was super impressed. I found some great bargains on fishing supplies and readers! Plus I picked up things like t-shirts and undershirts for my sons at unbeatable prices! The employees were very helpful and the store was very clean.

Brand-name items up to 70% off what other retailers charge, what’s not to like? If you see something you like and want to get it, don’t hesitate, the stock rotates frequently so you can’t always be sure what you’re looking at will be there tomorrow. This was my first time shopping here and I left with three big items for my garden.

I love Ollie's, been to Ollie's all over the country. I have never been to an Ollie's that smells like this one. It smells like animal urine or something just plain off in the store. I could not stand the smell enough to look around. I would not buy any fabric items from this store. I'm appalled they make their employees work in those conditions. Employees were very nice.
