Stopped at Ollie's for my first time. Plenty of interesting stuff. Only one person was checking people out so be prepared to stand for a while.

It has really good bargains for quality items,only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because there was a line and only one cashier,maybe if they had a self checkout or more cashiers it would be great. All in all, I think its a good store, and I hope they stick around for a long time. I'll be back again soon

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. While browsing the fishing section, I accidentally got a hook lodged in my skin. I immediately asked multiple employees for assistance, and each one responded with “I’ll be right back,” but none of them returned to help.
Instead of prioritizing the situation and offering assistance, the representatives seemed more focused on questioning

There is alot of interesting stuff at Ollies! You'll do well if you've made a shopping list beforehand... We've gotten good deals on area and runner carpets, coffee maker and toaster as well... The food prices are either the same or in some cases higher than a big name grocery store... The parking lot is big so that's not a worry. At checkout, we were told the cashier could not return our 4 cents in change, and the amount was kept by the store. When I asked whether we could receive a nickel instead—since the store owed us more than we owed them—the request was declined.
While the amount is small, my concern is the practice itself. If this occurs across multiple transactions, it results in customers collectively losing money

What a grand outlet store. Just opened yesterday. Friendly staff. Very clean and well stocked. Great prices. If you have never been to an Ollie's you need to. Their stock rotates on a lot of items. If you find something you want or need get it now. The next time you come in it may be gone. Join their club. The more you buy the higher in rank you go. Plus you get coupons for discounts. We always

Store had a variety of items. Unfortunately, many were opened and prices weren't that great. Wish it was a bit more organized 😕

Very nice store bit crowded cause the have boxes everywhere of merchandise prices were moderate but not 50 60 70 % off like they advertised i should call false advertising.
