I always love a good bargain, and I really want to love this store, but they cannot keep it together. When the store first opened, it was a mess, and a bit chaotic. I was very disappointed. The store was a disaster. It is not kept organized, it was very hard to find what we were looking for.
We are not from the area so I was hoping it was a fluke, but when I asked for a price check on some crafting supplies, I got a funny look.( I had 19 of the same small item in a box with no price) She wanted me to buy them all so she wouldn't have to restock them.

I normally do not like going into Ollies, but today I was met by the kindest white gentleman working the register. He interacted so kindly with my son and I, and kept a smile on his face and made us feel welcome. He deserves a raise.

First time to go here. Lots of good deals. We ended up buying some books for my daughter. Real cheap, almost 75% off. I heard they get different stuff each week. I will be back.

Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Had trouble finding a couple things and they didn't hesitate to stop way they were doing to show us where they were.

Very cool place. Lots of stuff for really great prices. I'll definitely be going back. The 3 things in the picture were my best purchases. The large cinnamon sugar, only $0.99, the protein bars that are over $7 at Walmart, $3.99, and they had tons of hand sanitizer, 80% alcohol on sale for $5.99. they had groceries and furniture and home supplies like sheets, towels, dishes. I was super impressed.

They always have tons of stuff to look at/go through. Not very organized. Always find something unique or odd.

The Ollie's store in Longview needs to either be cleaned up or shut down. It looks like a tornado went through it.
