Three visits. First visit at checkout, the cashier was showing the gentlemen how to use the Ollie's app, that took awhile. Other two staffers at last booth were just talking to each other. I waited patiently.
Second visit, I found a few items, which took forever in the huge store and weird organization. The line even longer this time. Barely moving forward, I left.

Ollies has great stuff! On our last trip there we spent about $120 and had 2 very large bags of stuff like the nice $30 jacket my husband got and the three very nice $8 Wrangler western shirts, 5 bags of Gain laundry pods at $7 each, big bags of dog treats, an excellent drivers seat cushion for $13, and a lot of other odds n ends.

Fairly sad about how downhill this place has gotten. It used to be decent to find good deals, but not anymore. Discounts are barely anything, even for good thats gonna expire it less than a month. There's occasionally a few good things, but its gotten much harder to find. And its super disorganized. I know its a staffing issue most likely. I probably won't be coming back here again.

😕 Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has some okay things and decent deals, but their toy selection is seriously lacking. 🧸❌ They keep stocking the same old hat 🎩—for example, they still have a ton of Wakanda Forever toys 🦸🏿♂️ collecting dust on the shelves. No one has bought them in the last two years, yet they’re still priced at $10. 💸😂 Let’s be real—no one is paying that for these poorly

Chris the store manager is friendly and very approachable, the girls at the register gave good customer service. Got me a great deal on a crock pot, I saw it at another store for $64 a couple of weeks ago and told myself I'll get it next time and today I saw the same one for $19.99 and it was the last one on the shelf, so I had to take it. What a bargain.

It's a big store with a big parking lot. Easy access via freeway or city streets. The air conditioning is great, so you can be comfortable while you shop. I usually go up and down all the rows if I have time. You never know what you'll discover! This visit I got bungee cords, bedsheets, greeting cards, organizing containers, and more. Yes, We went to the Ollie's Lewisville Store. It did indeed have a lot of merchandise.
We went up and down EVERY aisle. We were somewhat disappointed, lots of the merchandise seemed like it was just put on shelves with no real organization, kind of a hodge podge merchandise warehouse..

The stores themselves might be good but don't get a credit card through them. Nothing but a scam. They'll approve you, then lock your card , claim they are verifying you, and if you complain. They will close your account. Zero customer service. Both companies, Ollie's and Sunbit, need alot of improvement when it comes to customer service. And how to do business.
