i don’t know what i was expecting when i came to ollie’s, but i was not disappointed. at first i was a little suspicious if the items truly were better priced, so i compared some of the stuff to walmart and HEBS pricing on their app, and i was shocked at how much cheaper ollie’s is! don’t go here unless you’re expecting to walk out with a whole cart full!!

There's all kinds of neat junk in there at significant discounts. There are a handful of cheap breads, but most items are nicer products. Having something like this on this side of town is refreshing. Unfortunately, they do not accept EBT.

The Kerrville location is a joke. The manager is on a power trip and quite hateful to be honest. Ineffective and downright rude. Condescending in her manner and prays to Jesus as she is ‘helping’ you. She needs Jesus to get through a tough transaction. We tried to process a return after calling to ensure we could. Like a typical ollies! But i had an amazing convo with katie the register worker and she was sooo sweet! This 5⭐ is mainly because of her, she was a genuine down go earth girlie and definitely will make me come back!

Oh my, what is there to say about Ollies that hasn't already been said?! "Good stuff cheap" is maybe an understatement though.... I got my wireless Bobcat brand earbuds here and they last over 80 hours with exceptional sound quality and voice clarity, I wouldve expected these to be around $80 to $100, but Ollies had them at JUST $20!!! It was ok, a little chaotic but ok.
The isles were full of stuff and the shelves were a little messy but it is Christmas so I guess you can expect it.
