Every time I have went to this store for printing services all employees were saying they couldn't help me at that moment cause they have to be available for customers in the store but no customers were in the store, but today I went in for printing out documents and Marcos helped me. Went in to get photos laminated and all photos were ruined with bubbles on the laminate. When I asked the worker what happened she was like "oh that sometimes happen when the paper is too thick"....um why wasn't I told this BEFORE my pictures got ruined?? The service is awful. Especially from the short, black-haired girl with glasses; she's incredibly rude and unpleasant, like she hates doing her job. I'd never used those machines before and needed to print a few documents quickly. I asked for help, and she just told me to go to the machine and turn it on. Had to buy a $5 gift card to make 2 copies because they don't take cash so now I'm stuck with a gift card with $4.60 on it and I'm out almost $5. I recommend going elsewhere for copies because $5 is a lot of money these days and I am furious!

I regularly shop at this location for our office supplies. They have been having an offer for a 10 ream case of paper for $34.99 with a $150 purchase... limit 3. I regularly spend $300-$500 every couple of months ( including the paper). Last time I was there and purchased the paper I got the 3 cases for $34.99 with my $150 qualifying purchase.
