We have been in Our 1st Time Betenbough Home almost 1 year & Their Warranty Team has come out twice. Both experiences have been wonderful & quick to fix and address few minor things. As for yesterday's visit with Ryan & Caleb, they two young men were efficient, worked well as a team to get every need fixed and answered any questions/concerns I had. I recently had our one-year home inspection completed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike and Puto were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in addressing every item we had concerns about. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled properly.

After having a smooth experience as a first time home buyer, I had my 30 day checkup for my home. Ryan and Mike came and addressed my questions and concerns. I really didn’t have any concerns, but it was very assuring to know that any help I need is just a phone call away. Highly recommend.

Just did our 11 month home warranty inspection and it went amazing. Michael and Ryan checked every part of our home to be sure everything was in order and to be sure to touch up on anything that needed it. They did give some recommendations moving forward and provided great customer service and made sure we asked the questions we needed to. Wonderful experience overall.

Ryan and Caleb were great. Showed up right on time, very professional and nicest guys ever. Addressed everything on our warranty repair list plus a few I threw in last minute. Very fast but also great work. Can't thank them enough.

First time putting the warranty into action. It was seamless and fast experience. Caleb was the right person on the receiving end to walk us through on getting our heater back on line. He was able to walk my elderly mom step by step with patience and calm voice. My mom was so excited that she was able to get done.
