A very deceitful and narcissistic establishment. Let me explain, my family and I were supposed to earn a home from them up to 2021 as a LEASE TO PURCHASE contract. But they LIED on the contract with misleading information and made us go through CHAOS from it all. I put earnest money down on a new home in North Country Estates. Oakwood misrepresented the square footage of the home and when we caught it, refused to lower the price to the going price per square foot telling me that I could afford it. I tried to get my earnest money back and they would not return it. They wound up holding the earnest money for over a year and then instead of us both losing it,

Our air conditioning went out when it was supposed to be “under warranty “. I called the builder and he said that the labor is not covered and the parts and unit are not covered. So what is warrantied? The builder told me to call my lawyer and have him explain it to me.
