Disappointing to say the least specially because they were highly recommended to us. We purchased a buffer in March , 3 2025. months later it had to go in for repairs. It been close to 3 months and I still have not received the machine. Personally have not used Oak Floor out of Allen but my customers have. They speak highly of this company and the owners. The team is amazing and a joy to work with.
