Michael Zimmerman, our salesperson, was outstanding to work with....He listened to what I wanted (sisal runners up stairways and on steps) and was so knowledgable! O'Krent did a fabulous job on our tile project! They removed old carpeting and installed new porcelain tile in 4 rooms and a hall. The entire process went smoothly due to their great team. I first purchased and had O'Krent install cork flooring downstairs 16 years ago. Last year, I redid those downstairs floors, then I used the same material for the primary bedroom and one secondary bedroom. We had 1700+ sq/ft of carpet replaced. From sales to installation, all very professional. The installers removed/disposed of old carpet and pad, patched/level the concrete floor. The furniture was moved/repaced, with no damage to the new floor or the furniture. The installation team was excellent. Friendly and courteous. The floors as beautiful!
