Purchased home in 2022. Dont risk it with these people. Get your home somewhere else or just rent. Nunns customer service around finding a home and purchasing was great. Unfortunately the home had issues immediately and Nunns just didn't put forth much effort to make sure I had a livable home after the sale. Dont be a fool like me. Unprofessional subcontractors, wasn't forthcoming of all we needed to do to prepare the property.
The company that built the home had to send their contractors to fix all the problems because Nunn’s contractors and I use that term loosely kept making things worse and never came prepared. I would not recommend using them. Drive to Abilene!!
