Worked with Jodi Green & Ross Mitchamore w/ Novak Builders to have a house built in the DeerHaven - Georgetown. The entire process was bait and switch. Jodi couldn't keep the lots or floorplans straight on what she was quoting. Days later, Jodi had agreed to a compromise to keep our desired price by changing the guest suite to a 3car garage.
