The service techs, Joe and Rene were excellent. All services were well explained and they were very aware of keeping their foot protection on while in the house. I highly recommend Northside Air Co ditioning for any HVAC needs. We have geothermal systems and Northside can deal with these very high tech systems.

We purchased a new central air conditioning system from north side and 2022. They were extremely courteous and one of the most economical vendors we chose from. They did a lot of education upfront To describe the pros and cons of each system, we were considering. Ultimately, we chose a mid grade system and the install was flawless. Today we had them out for the first service call and I have to say

Joseph did an excellent job with our HVAC system. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The system is now working perfectly. I highly recommend Joseph and Northside A/C for any HVAC service!

I have been using Northside for 22 years. They do maintenance for me twice a year. The guys they send out are always nice and help me with questions about my thermostat. It is easy to schedule and I appreciate the reminders. I had my system replaced about 4 years ago and I also got a new thermostat. My house cools very quickly and seems like it runs less. My electric bills are lower now as well.

He took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions thoroughly. The service was top-notch, and I highly recommend this team for any AC needs!
