This has to be the most poorly managed store i have ever been to. I took my generator in for warranty repairs over 2 months ago. They initially told me it would take a week or two to fix. After a couple weeks, I called and was told that a board was burned out and had a 6 month back order. The guy said that he was going to build a new board from scratch. I was skeptical, but said ok. I’ve not been in a brick and mortar Northern Tool for a while, because it’s been more convenient to order online.
Northern Tool always has a great online tool selection with great sales and great everyday pricing.
They often carry items I can’t find at other stores, and their “brand” items have proven to be affordable and reliable.
Shipping is fast, and usually free, and they make it easy to purch

Great customer service and store manager. I had a problem with a product that I purchased 3 weeks prior. The manager offered to swap it out directly, and even offered me a better product at no additional charge, or a full refund instead. It was more than I expected. Definitely earned my return business.

Melody took great care of me. I ordered on-line with an emergent need for hard to find furniture moving blankets. Their inventory was substantial and accurate, so issue averted. Once I got there to pick up, they (Melody and company) went out of their way to help me. This was my first time there and I will for sure become a repeat customer. Great attitudes and very helpful.

I bought a trailer here. Manager gave me the paper and told to me go tax office to register. I went to tax office and found out that dealer which they suppose to upload the documents to webdealer and register it. I tried calling the store but no help. Only wait and transfer me then told me they will call me back.

Yall stopped carrying the light bulb and made it online only it was 25$ in store and now its 30 online and amazon has same bulb for 19.99
