First of all the staff is rude. I asked if they had this tool they didn’t she said, without even looking at my phone she said it was just a display, but one worker from the back helped me out dude went to the back and found it. that’s what I call going beyond for your customer. Stock guys should be in the front not the cashiers

I ordered weldable hooks from this place on April third. I was quoted 5-10 business days, and as of May 31st they are STILL not here. They have refused to refund me, customer service ignored my complaint. Do NOT shop from here, since they want to rob me of my money and never deliver the goods or refund me.

no complaints about the staff but, they sell pressure washers here at this location. However they don't sell parts to repair them. Absolutely no parts for any of the equipment they sell.

Moises was really helpful, we needed an item he didn’t know what it was but he used his resources from northern tools to find it. He located it for us and showed us where it was. Thanks Moises !

Kimberly and Jazlynne were great people, honestly the greatest; I'd honestly have to say they were the most competent and knowledgeable people I've ever met in a tool store. It also helps that they have amazing senses of humor and laugh at my jokes (I personally and the funniest person I know, I don't blame them for laughing). Well just bought a brand new weed eater and the young girl didn’t get her name but she was very helpful. I checked out they convince me to get warranty and gas for the weed eater and got my receipt and flyer and on the way home wanted to ready the flyer and low behold it was in Spanish, so went back to the store and ask for English flyer and all she had was Spanish flyers and ask am I in Mexico or
