Great location. Definitely one of my go to stores for tools and accessories. Was just there a few days ago for a pressure washer and griddle. Reasonably priced and great customer service. Mrs. Debra is very friendly at the cash register as well. Will definitely be back to visit again.

Screw this store, especially the one in Midland, TX on the north side. I needed a part and made it to the store by 5:54 on Sat. The door was locked even though they don't close until 6. Me and another guy banged on the door and of course nobody opened it. And the whole staff walks out at 6:03 and laughs when I asked them why they locked the doors early.

They really need to stop taking the griddles and grills out of the box. Part of My brand new blackstone flew off my truck and busted

I ONLY GAVE THEM 3 STARS BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS 4 MONTHS BEHIND IN FIXING LAWN EQUIPMENT AND THEY ARE ONLY WORKING ON PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

DO NOT ORDER the same day shipping. Customer service told me it would be 3-4 hours and that’s a lie. It is a nightmare ordering same day shipping. Nobody knows anything and then when they do know there’s still so much confusion on the delivery services. They use Roadie and 38 minutes and still on the phone waiting to talk to them to cancel the service bc the store says they can’t cancel it and can

This is a great store. If you must return something, they are great to accept it and credit your card with a refund.

Didn't realize they were about to close - they played a notice over the PA. Immediately headed for a register - unmanned, nobody in sight. After a few minutes someone shows up and says sorry, we're closed, we can't sell you anything. Not even the items I have at the register, not even if I pay by card? No. Can I buy them online and pick them up here, right now? No, it doesn't work like that. Well.
