I don’t know why I expected more from a store like this. I think Home Depot has a better appeal than this store. upon walking in I thought twice about continuing. Unwelcoming and the lady at the cash register somewhat demanded my personal information such as my name, phone number and email address, it did throw me off a bit. Customer service could use some work.

Save your self the hassle do not buy from this store here on commerce they do not honor return policy that is clearly marked on back of receipt and on web site I guess they make their own rules on returns as they go at this location , any ways just save your money and the hassle and go to a different tool store .

Great location right of Interstate 20, Highly recommended for personal and business related purchases!

Good store but they close at 7 on the wekdays. It's like they're trying to go out of business. Half the ppl that work out here dont get off till 7 pm

The store manager is rude to customers. If you disagree with a product, he doesn't try to resolve the issue and kicks you out of the store as if you were his own.
