Just about had the worst experience ever with Northern tool. I purchased an item online on 2/16/25 only to wait till today 2/21/25 to get an email stating that they no longer have it available. I purchased $400.00 of products yesterday , I went online to register the warranty and found out that they offer a 10 percent discount for veterans. Why do I have to go to the website to learn about it.
