Ordered some equipment for same day delivery and paid the extra funds. Waited all day - called the store just before they were set to close and was informed that my shipping was cancelled "by a third party." I'm assuming you contract your local shipping out. I purchased a new Stihl for my wife for Christmas, and it was hard for her to start. The day I brought it back to exchange it, they were without power. The service was stellar! They went out of their way to take care of us, and even got the transaction done on backup power. Need a tool.. They got it! I was amazed at all the equipment and tools stored under that one roof. The prices were outrageous either. I knew what I was looking for, but I still spent almost 20 minutes just walking around browsing.
