The service at the place was excellent. The associate at the checkout counter knew her store well and pointed me to the right aisle for the product I was looking for.
Very organized and they have plenty of power tools and choices.
Thought they do rent equipments - but currently they do not rent equipments.
Plenty of parking.

Recently visited the store to check out electric cement mixers. Wife had a need for mixing soil and I for concrete projects. All the staff there were very helpful in showing us our options and the checker assisted us with applying for a Northern card saving some on our purchase. Employee assisted with loading the mixer without even being asked. Great customer support.

Went to northern tool in Webster, Texas today. They would not match an Academy "everyday price" for a Mr Heater propane heater. Northern tool does not even shown the portable buddy model on their website. But they had several on the shelves. They showed it to be $99.99 regular price and on sale for $89.99. Everyone else has it for $89.99 everyday price, except Academy. They have it for $79.99 ever

Great customer service, great selection, clean store. The Senior Asst. Manager Michael helped us out tremendously when we were in a pinch to put together a project wagon for our family outing. The cashier Esperanza was also very polite and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be returning to shop here and they earned a customer for life. Thanks!

I wanted to purchase an item because of the discounts offered on line but, as you can see, when I entered the discount code shown at the top, it said invalid or expired. What gives Northern Tool? Just bait to get you hooked?
