After many successful purchases since the store opened at the Killeen location, I continue to enjoy good customer service and take advantage of their sales whenever an item I need/want comes up.

They have stopped doing home power tool repairs at their store. But the rep that I spoke with connected with their former repairman.

So a few things. The staff there is not too friendly. Especially when it gets close to closing. I came in last minute as I didn't know what the hours were and stated that I wanted to buy a power washer and then was told that they were going to close the door soon. Manager needs to not harass customers out of the store not everyone wants or cares about your “help” decent prices though if the manager isn’t trying follow you like a lost puppy.

Store is cool customer service lacks so much knowledge how can I spend 500 on a weed eater and can’t tell me why it’s a good one to have I go elsewhere

I haven't shopped around here much yet, but they were the only place in town that had what I needed, and the price was exactly the same as at the big box stores. Maybe next time I'll be outraged about the price like some of the other reviews say, but seeing as what I have bought there has been the same price as anywhere else, I'll be going here over other places in the near future.
