Awesome experience purchasing a Milwaukee packout online during their black friday sale. Not only was it a stellar deal, they also had a $100 gift card promo for a $500+ purchase on top of it. AWESOME! Has option for in-store pickup, saving $50 on shipping. I feel so satisfied saving several hundred dollars on my packouts. I was out of town and they had the item up front for several days. Overweight Hispanic fella with glasses working the register was passsive aggressive to me when I was looking to get a refund on an item and then purchase another item on separate transactions. Bought a 12,500 Watt Power Horse Generator last week, start it up and when I try to shut it down with the start stop button, sparks shot out the bottom of the panel and the unit wouldn’t shut down. Go to exchange it and the Manger of Denton said no on the exchange, and that my only option was to drive all the way to McKinney and have my unit looked at over there.
