I'll never go back. I thought I would try this new store because I needed a brush cutter blade. I went in and walked around the store two times and no one ever said a word to me. When I started to leave, there were three employees standing around the cash register. Two of them were playing on the phone. One of them was smiling and talking. Don't smile.doesnt say thanks for shopping or any kind of thanks after a purchase. Poor attitudes are likely most days .mental problems are most likely here. Not a welcoming and helpful team

We actually went to see if the could advise my husband on where to get a compressor fixed, and they were very helpful. Online searches really hadn't given us good information, but the staff gave him a couple of companies to check. Now, he's got a repairman lined up for next week.

I tried to buy a go cart tire the day after Christmas with my daughter. Northern tool ran my card for $205 my card went through for $122.70 and I wasn’t able to pay for the remaining balance. Worst purchasing experience of my life. just go to Walmart or Lowe’s!!! If your gas operated machine brakes you won’t be able to return/exchange it. At least at Lowe’s they’ll exchange it with no issue. Be safe with your money don’t shop here

My wife and I bought a vibrating plate from them. We filled it up at the same time as our mower, gas tank for the weedeater and the truck. The fuel in the vibrating plates tank apparently had too much water in it and that caused it not to run. Non of the other equipment had trouble running though. Which brings me to the question of why. And in trying to complete the job we were on, we had to go to

Don’t waste your time! If you buy something there and it doesn’t work you have to call 10 different numbers back and forth to get it repaired on your own. Just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot so if your product doesn’t work you can just replace it in store without any hassles

Horrible experience purchasing at this store. Not helpful at all. Be careful buying anything at with them, if the product doesn't work they'll just hand you a piece of paper with a number on it to figure it out on your own. Just go to Lowes
