I'm familiar with this store having shopped and placed online orders from here. All experiences were positive. The online order shipped incredibly fast. Finding things in the store was also easy because I've browsed here many times. I looked up some tools online this am and it said this store had three. I went there, and sure enough, all three were there. You can't always count on that at most ret

I had an excellent experience in this location. I asked for batteries and David R. was very helpful. He directed me to the most cost effective batteries and then checked me out assisting with my purchase. I recommend this location to anyone.

We recently purchased a power washer from Northern Tool, and it has not worked properly from the start. We brought it back to the store expecting help, but the customer service was very disappointing. They refused to exchange it and told us to take a brand-new, non-working machine to the repair shop ourselves. That is completely unacceptable and a ridiculous way to treat paying customers. If you s

First Visit - picked up on-line order. Great customer service! Gentleman at the register was friendly, personable and easy to chat with. I did not have time to look around much, but plan to stop by soon.

Worst after purchase experience
The salesman sold me a 1800$ item, they charged me 2000$ i have the receipt and if you look up the part number you can still see that the price is different.
However, it suddenly stopped working And I can’t return it now because they won’t come and pick it up and i had to load a heavy compressor myself to my truck and accidentally drop it

A place where things you can't find anywhere else (and didn't know you needed until you see them) kind of place. A smaller place still with well known brands and store brand items. Along with a smaller chain store comes greeting as you enter, help to find what you're looking for and able to shop and purchase online.

I had an issue that was out of the hands of this store. Without getting into specifics, my issue was resolved. The GM went above and beyond to deal with the issue and make it right. I have bought expensive equipment from this location, chainsaw and utility trailer. If customer service continues being this way, this store will definitely be a place to shop at.
