When I reached out to NorthStar about flooring needs, I didn’t have an exact idea of what I wanted only that I needed new flooring and speaking with Robert and brainstorming what would work we collectively came up with a good solution.
I also had some dependencies before the floor could even be started, and Robert was patient to work with me with those dependencies and the weight was worthwhile.

We had carpet installed by north star and they delivered the carpet and did a professional installation. Their service was seamless and I highly recommend them!

It's not a giant warehouse store, but you'll find a decent selection and better pricing than the big box stores. Eddie is great to work with and knows flooring. I've referred several friends and they've been extremely happy. I've never used his install crew but one friend I referred did and raved about the professional job. Bottom line, skip the big box stores and see Eddie for all your hardwoo

My husband and I were shopping for Laminate flooring, when we decided to finally stop in MonsterFlooringSALE. I do have to say out of the 3 other stores that we had been to the Store Manager there Ricky Price was by far the best customer oriented sales person that we had talked to between the different stores. He did not just seem to be there to just make the sale seeing how it took us over a week

Eddie was amazing!!! I called to have some flooring put in my rental home and didn’t have a lot of time. Eddie went to the house measured, text me some samples and had it installed within 2 days. They did a fabulous job and where very reasonable in price!!!! I highly recommend them.
