Extremely disappointed, and please do not choose this store because you will not be getting any follow up. I guess their business model is a single-purchase strategy.
I have had my filter replaced by Casey, and it was a great experience. However, that was the only great experience unfortunately.

My pool guy quit on me while I was in the hospital and I came home to a swamp with air bubbles in the jets. I decided to start cleaning the pool myself but all the advice from forums wasn't fixing the air leak. They not only do well with maintenance but they also keep a close eye on the pool and alert you promptly if they are concerned about something that may become a bigger issue later on. I’ve used No Worries two times and both have been fantastic experiences. I had Casey replumb everything above ground on my pool a few years ago and it turned out great and was much less expensive than other “established” pool services. Recently, I needed Casey for a repair and once discussing the issue it was resolved quickly and was much less expensive than I expected, and again he was great to

Thank you Casey and everyone at No Worries Pool Care. Customer service here is always amazing. Casey was able to get out to my house and fix an issue with my pool in just a day of me calling him. The price was also reasonable. We have used them many times in the past and they have done such a great job. I highly recommend this pool company.

Pool pump was weak, so thought I needed to replace it. They came over promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave me the good news that I just needed to replace my filter, not the pump! Didn’t even charge for the visit! Will definitely call them again.
