I’ve been shopping at this Nike outlet for years and have spent well over $1,200 here in just the last few weeks alone. Unfortunately, this experience will probably be my last.
I bought joggers on Saturday and returned on Wednesday to exchange them for a smaller size. They still had the tags, were in the Nike bag, and I even had the debit card I used to purchase them. I did not have the receipt.

The staff didn't tell me that exchanges or refunds were absolutely not allowed.
Who can possibly know what's written on the receipt after paying?
This is something that can only be known after the purchase, but the staff should inform customers beforehand. Don't do business like that!!!

Has a wide variety. They do not carry any underwear in any store according to an employee, which was my main goal. Lots of great deals for others though!

Great prices, but we almost paid too much for a shoe from the clearance wall. The identical shoe was at an even lower price on the regular aisle. If you're not a careful shopper, you may pay end up paying more than you should at this outlet.

Just had one of the best experiences with Sherlyn dealing with a return for two pairs of shoes. Her customer service was top tier especially at a time when it was really busy. Thanks again for all your help!

Impressed with the variety and sizes of the shoes! Sales people on the floor were very responsive, encouraged to download the app for further discounts.
Less impressed with the young staff at checkout who seemed more interested in talking about other sale discounts, rather than helping us paying for our purchases.
Regardless, I will make this my go to Nike store for the wide range of sizes found -
