Great selection of shoes. Love the outlet shops. Way better than Mall del Norte.

No help from associates in men’s shoes. They go opposite way to avoid helping customer. Checked Nike app to see if they had size I was looking for and shoes weren’t out on floor and asked employee if they can check in the stock room and they said it was just what was out on sales floor.

Sometimes the staff are problematic. Too lazy to do exchanges the correct way even when asked and will chose to argue rather than help you. Specifically , will not hear you out but will keep interrupting when you answer their questions rather than help. Some just act like you are bothering them. Some staff are very good but you never know when you will get the one cashier who wants to preach to y

I bought some shoes I really liked and luckily I was able to get them with the box, but at the time to pay the lady threw out the box and at first I wasn’t that upset and asked if I could have the box or buy the box because I really like keeping the shoes as neat as possible but she just didn’t want to let me keep the box and that really bummed me out because out of my entire collection of shoes t

Grabbed me a pair of Jordan 1s low and discovered that they are actually FAKE! I knew the look of it was off from when I bought them but really didn’t pay any attention because they are men’s size but resource has agreed that they aren’t real
