We built our first home with NH Southern in 2016 and truly loved every minute of it—so much that we are about to do it all over again! NH Southern built our home in River Hills seven years ago. I knew immediately after our first consult that we were going to trust them fully with this once in a lifetime investment. From start to finish, they were straight forward, honest and did what they said they would. Trey and Wayne at NH Southern were and still are absolutely phenomenal. You normally only hear bad experiences from people who have built houses, but that is not the case with NH Southern. Everyone we know who has used them would happily use them again. They are honest, realistic, and extremely responsive. Have and would recommend them to anyone.

When choosing a builder you want to find someone who is professional, responsive and, most of all, easy to work with. Trey and Wayne of NH SOUTHERN are all of the above and then some. We built in 2016 and they have continued to stay in touch after the build. You can't go wrong with NH Southern- top notch guys with a top notch product.
