My initial estimate with Steve was excellent! I thought I found my go-to plumber. However, when it came time to have the work done, Steve was out so two other guys came. Unfortunately, they proceeded to charge me for the total hourly estimate that I was initially given, rather than updating the charge to the actual hours spent on the job. Thought it was a bit on the pricey side but to be fair, I find all repairs these days to be pricey. They were easy to schedule, on time, took care all my problems very quickly and without requiring me to buy new equipment. A very professional service.

To replace my water heater, I made the mistake of calling another company first. Those people seemed more like used-car salesmen than plumbers. I got a very slimy vibe and realized they were not the kind of people I wanted in my life, let alone my garage. So I sent them packing and did what I should've done in the first place - I called Lauren at Neighborhood Plumbing.

We have been using Steve/Brittian/Neighborhood Plumbing since we were backdoor neighbors on Booty's Road. Absolutely Gtown's best Plumbing service. Today, call and service with in an hour. In other events, waited couple of hours but ALWAYS help on the way!!!! James Varner

Zack came out and found the problem the last tenants left for us to deal with. Great service and I highly recommend this company. Service is great, customer service ladies are awesome and quick to respond. Can’t say enough about these folks.
