They sell great trailers!! can’t complain. The service department that does the trailer repairs is sub par! We took our trailer for a repair just unsatisfactory job had to cut off an redo everything we paid them to do the fender they put were wrong the hold down was welded wrong position an unpainted will not ever take another trailer for repair to there.

I’m a hotshot from Oregon and broke a leaf spring on my 32ft trailer, I drove right in, no appointment not even a call to see if they could help me, as soon as I walked in they jumped on it, Brian the GM was calling to get my warranty info from Oregon, making sure they had the part, above and beyond. My daughter and I were traveling from Georgia to New Mexico for college pulling a horse trailer loaded down with three horses. We stopped in Odessa TX to get fuel and realized we had literally lost a whole tire and rim. What an awesome GM! I had an issue with one of my lone star dumpsters having some paint issues and was able to have it swapped out with a new one, Thanks to the GM making things right with no hassle. Really appreciate it! And definitely recommend this place.

Trying to get a hold of someone here is damn near impossible. Every time I call I get transferred And almost every single time nobody answers I end up having to go there in person more than anything so if you need a parts inquiry or price, this is not the place to call
