I can’t tell you how much I’ve appreciated Shay's help. I am a brand-new coordinator and it’s been such a big learning curve trying to juggle so many new duties! I have gone to Shay with tons of questions - from pictures of tiles that customers send to how to measure out what I need - without his help, two of my pool installs would have fallen apart and that's major. He's truly become my go-to guy

I had made an appointment and when I arrived the person wasn't there. Now I will have to go all the way out to Pflugerville to meet with them again. They also don't seem to have the variety of tile and coping options that others have.

Truckers, fast unloading! I arrived at 10 AM and was out by 10:30 AM! Lots of room to back up and maneuver as well.
